Women’s bodies are DESIGNED to birth Naturally and Confidently

Before I became pregnant, I always knew I wanted to bring my child into the world in the most gentle, calm, safe, and healthy way possible. When I heard about HypnoBirthing® I knew it was the right fit for me to fulfill my dream of a confident and happy birthing experience. I believe in this method so much that I decided to become a HypnoBirthing® Practitioner so that I can help other women have the best experience possible. We replace fear with confidence for both you and your Birth Companion. Pain does not have to accompany labor and birthing.

Hypnobirthing is a method that prepares you for the birth of your child in a calm, stress-free, relaxed, and peaceful environment, where you will gain knowledge and confidence on how to birth your baby. The goal is to have an easier, more comfortable, and sometimes, pain-free, birth. We will work on relaxation techniques (visualizations and breathing), releasing fears, and being in-tune with your body so you can be confident throughout your pregnancy journey and the birth of your child.

Hypnobirthing:

  • Reduces your chances of unnecessary medical interventions

  • Gives you the confidence to make educated decisions in your pregnancy and birth

  • Lowers induction rates

  • Increases your chances of a shorter, pain-free birth

HypnoBirthing® will prepare you with the confidence and knowledge you need for a gentle birth, knowing that you are informed and ready to be the best advocate for yourself and your baby.

The HypnoBirthing® Class Series consists of five sessions, covering topics that include but not limited to:
